"In the past, when we were exporting, we talked directly with the US dealers. He even helped me spread the goods into more than half of the United States. I only had to pport the cost and push the goods to them."

In China, there are fewer large dealers, and businesses often have to go to every supermarket to shop. It is also good to enter WAL-MART's centralized shopping supermarket. The footwear company official told reporters that recently, manufacturers were preparing to open stores in the big stores, only to find that this is the most difficult problem. After entering the shopping mall, because the price is low, manufacturers are forced to raise prices to match the high-end positioning of the shopping mall.

According to the statistics of China logistics and purchasing Federation, the total logistics cost in China accounted for about 18.4% of GDP in 2007, while the developed countries in Europe and the United States accounted for only 8.99%.
The logistics cost of Chinese enterprises is 40% to 50% higher than that of developed countries in Europe and America.
"Almost the same quality of shoes, our domestic prices are almost 1-3 times that of foreign countries, the middle channel costs accounted for most of the overseas, we are making money.
But in the country, even if the products are sold, their sales are not enough for rent, wages, pportation and management.
The footwear executives said that no matter the distribution channel or the taxes and fees generated in the production process, they were finally passed on to the terminal retail price.
High taxes and high prices
In the view of Duan Hongbin, a financial columnist, China's export tax rebate is an important reason why enterprises can export at a low price.
Since the reform of tax system in 1994, China's export tax rebate policy has undergone 12 rounds of adjustment.
In April 1, 2009, the state issued official documents, and the export rebate rate of China's textile enterprises increased from 15% to 16%, hoping to promote the recovery of textile enterprises.
"That is to say, foreigners spend 100 yuan on goods, of which 16 yuan is for Chinese people."

And when Chinese made goods are once again returned to China from abroad, not only do they have to pay tariffs, but the value-added part will receive VAT, and the US has no value added tax.
The measurement of import tariffs in China is very high. Luxury cars are the best example. The import and export tax on large volume of vehicles accounts for about 45% of the total vehicle price.

Xu Dongming believes that the upside down of some commodity prices is also related to the speculation of domestic hot money.
"Domestic information is opaque, and investment channels are few, leading to hot money attacking everywhere, looking for opportunities to be hyped, and those goods that are easy to preserve and scarce, such as tea, medicine, grain, wine, gold, etc., are also the prey of hot money, and this is unthinkable in the highly pparent country of information."

The Chinese Moutai liquor, which is sold in stores at Osaka International Airport in Japan, sells 500ml for only 956 yuan, while in China, Moutai liquor has been fried to 1480 yuan during the Spring Festival.
The best Yunnan Dian Hong sold at a London tea shop to 40 yuan per 50 grams, while the price of the same brand of tea almost doubled to the domestic level.
However, not all domestic products are so. In most cases, the selling price of domestic goods overseas, especially in Europe, is still significantly higher than that in the domestic market. For example, the $more than 10 "Dabao" cosmetics sold in Japan will be about 1800 yen (about 100 yuan).
